This was a great hotel with great facilities and restaurants. The staff also couldn’t have been more helpful and kind. The only thing I would comment on was the lack of gates on the children areas, such as the play area and the kids pool. Steps lead up to the play area so would’ve been handy to have a gate on to stop my toddler running out, and similarly for the kids pool, he could easily make a run for the main pool, saying that my daughter who is 4 was fine, so probably just because he’s so young (15 months). Accommodation was great and the food was all delicious, loved having water activities included too!
