The hotel was excellent, the food was excellent…

We had an excellent holiday at The Ritz Carlton, Abama. Firstly the staff are mostly exceptional, great service, great with the children, made to feel very welcome. The accommodation is very good the bedrooms are fantastic. There are a few areas that look a little tired but nothing a few hours wouldn`t sort out, for example a few electric wires on display and the concrete around the edge of the pool is a little worn. However, the holiday was great, the hotel was excellent, the food was excellent quality and the people staying at the hotel were all very nice. we would love to go back again to the Ritz Carlton.
