The hotel is excellent

The hotel is excellent. Arrival quick. Welcome drinks sorted. Information just the right amount. Not shown around hotel as not too huge, but everything very clear and you can ask. Concierge team lovely. Training of team well done. We only used the rooftop pool (suites only/adult) which protected us from a chilly breeze 11-18 Feb. Rooms superb. App requests a bit hit and miss, but if go to reception resolved. No doubt teething problems, but signing off as done when not ref items to be delivered to room or rooftop. Manuel brilliant thank you! Goes the extra mile. Perfect for hospitality industry. Food great, Paul in restaurant stands out as brilliant, funny, but just to the right level. All staff trained extremely well. Some shower cleaning of shelves and corners needed (look clean but items in same place. Maybe put customer items back in similar place that they require. Big white plate by sink unnecessary. Smaller dish better. Hairdryer better under sink than in wardrobe. More hangers always needed for two staying for a week or two. Extra hand towels useful. Definitely need a set of towels for the hot tubs as once wet you are expected to use for shower too! Sunbeds by main pool a bit too close. Service from rooftop at this time of year – order via 9 on ‘phone. No staff present or checking other than that. Pool areas very clean. Ice cream by main pool brilliant. Can ask, but you tend not to keep asking! Mostly perfect
