Excellent levels of service all round…

This was our fifth visit and once again it doen’t disappoint.
Excellent levels of service all round. The buffet has been dropped which is something we quite enjoyed during our stay but were told that 5* clients don’t approve.
Another small change is that on our previous visits there was a complimentary bottle of wine in the room but as this is a cost borne by the travel company they have decided to drop that added cost.
Sign of the times.
