Absolutely fantastic holiday

Absolutely fantastic holiday from start to finish. The concierge/guest relations team were incredible – don’t think they know the word “no”. All the restaurants were excellent, kids club/creche were wonderful, and the watersports options provided hours of fun. The “deluxe” option felt worth it for access to the amazing deluxe pool, which was by far the biggest and also less busy (we went at half term when the hotel was full). Sheree from Travelbeam did a fantastic job at making sure we booked everything we needed to in advance (restaurants, spa, kids club) and it all worked out brilliantly. We went with 3 children (aged 6, 4 and 11 months), and still can’t quite believe how relaxing it was! Expensive, but totally worth it!
